Heidi is the Director of Operations, and has many roles within that title. She also serves on the Board of Directors. She received her BA in Psychology and Sociology from Southeastern University. She worked in Social Services for a few years and served with Youth with a Mission in their discipleship programs as well as managing the staff at YWAM Denver. She joined Crossover in the fall of 2007. Heidi is passionate about seeing people become all that God created them to be. She loves to build relationships and encourage people to grow in their walk with the Lord. Heidi has a huge heart for the Ministry of Crossover, and loves to use her gifts to invest in our athletes, leaders and international contacts. Her ultimate desire is to be a blessing to others so that Jesus can be glorified.
