Heidi Theiss has been a member of Crossover's Board of Directors since 2008. Heidi serves the organization as the Director of Operations, and has many roles within that title. She received her BA in Psychology and Sociology from Southeastern University. She worked in Social Services for a few years and served with Youth with a Mission in their discipleship programs as well as managing the staff at YWAM Denver. She joined Crossover in the fall of 2007. Heidi is passionate about seeing people become all that God created them to be. She loves to build relationships and encourage people to grow in their walk with the Lord. Heidi has a huge heart for all the areas of Crossover and is dedicated to serving to the fullest capacity that she is able to see the Kingdom advanced through Basketball.
