Kirby Beneventi is the Recruiting & Community Development Director for Crossover International. She also assists in the department for Discipleship Programs. Kirby graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Communications. Prior to completing her degree, she played two years of NJCAA basketball in the Jayhawk conference where she received an Associate’s degree in Liberal Studies. Kirby also worked with Fellowship of Christian Athletes to build relationships with high school students and their coaches. She is passionate about connecting with people on a personal level and shares a love for using the sport of basketball as a platform to convey God’s love and to reach people around the world.
